Shipping policy

FOR CUSTOM ORDERS
A separate invoice will be sent and payment is due upon receipt. If no payment is received, the jacket/items(s) will be sent without customization. Once payment is received, a processing period of 3-4 weeks is required. However, depending on intricacy, you will be provided an unique processing and shipping timeframe for your order. If items are needed sooner, there will be a $50 rush fee added.

To ensure your package is properly delivered and that you received your package, please make sure your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Our standard processing is 2-3 business days and orders will be shipped within that timeframe. An order confirmation and shipping tracking number will be sent once shipping has been initiated. Shipping fees are based on delivery location and the total weight of your items. We ship via USPS and UPS. Standard shipping internationally is 7-21 business days and costs are based on USPS/UPS rates.
